1. Introduction
   Welcome to Webikka Technologies. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our web development services, including but not limited to website design, development, maintenance, and other related services (“Services”). By engaging with our Services, you agree to abide by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Services.
2. Scope of Services
   Webikka Technologies provides web development services including, but not limited to:

Website design and development
E-commerce solutions
Content management systems (CMS)
Website maintenance and updates
Web hosting and domain registration
Search engine optimization (SEO)
Custom software development
The specific scope of Services for each project will be outlined in a separate project agreement or proposal.

3. Payment Terms
   Clients must pay the fees as outlined in the project agreement or proposal.
   A deposit may be required before work begins.
   Payment schedules and due dates will be specified in the project agreement.
   Late payments may incur a penalty, and persistent delays may result in service suspension.
4. Intellectual Property
   All intellectual property created by Webikka Technologies during the course of providing Services shall remain the property of the company until full payment is received.
   Upon full payment, intellectual property rights to the website or related deliverables will be transferred to the client, except for any third-party software, code, or assets used under license.
   Webikka Technologies reserves the right to use the completed project for portfolio and marketing purposes.
5. Client Responsibilities
   Clients must provide all necessary content, information, and resources required for project completion.
   Clients are responsible for reviewing deliverables and providing feedback in a timely manner.
   Any delays caused by the client may affect the project timeline and incur additional costs.
6. Confidentiality
   Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information exchanged during the course of the project.
   Webikka Technologies will not disclose or use client information for any purpose other than completing the project, unless required by law.
7. Limitation of Liability
   Webikka Technologies is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its Services.
   In no event will the liability of Webikka Technologies exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project in question.
8. Termination
   Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches these Terms.
   Upon termination, the client will be responsible for paying any outstanding fees for work completed up to the date of termination.
9. Governing Law
   These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indian Jurisdiction.
   Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Indian Jurisdiction.
10. Amendments
    Webikka Technologies reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time.
    Clients will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
